Return of goods of proper quality
Goods of proper quality are considered to be those that have retained their trade dress and consumer properties
Perfume and cosmetic products of appropriate quality shall not be subject to return and exchange (paragraph 3 of the List of non-food products of appropriate quality, which are not subject to exchange, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on December 31, 2020 N 2463).
Return of goods of improper quality
Goods of inadequate quality are considered to be those which do not meet the requirements specified for this category of goods in laws and regulations and normative documents.
When returning the goods of improper quality the cost of goods and its delivery (if any) is returned to the buyer.
Goods purchased only at https://cellgel.ru/ are accepted for return.
You may return goods of inadequate quality within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of your order. In case of return, you must fill the request via the feedback form on our site: https://cellgel.ru/ with the order number and pictures, in which the nature of the defect and the barcode are clearly visible. Refunds are made to the current account. To do this you must download and fill out an application for refund, stating the bank details, and send a copy of the completed application via the feedback form or by e-mail mail@cellgel.ru. Refunds will be issued within ten (10) days of receipt of the completed application.
